Ordering Your Custom Firearm
All models listed can be ordered to your specifications within the limits indicated in our brochure.
Custom Order Requirements:
- Deposit required: 30% (non-refundable)
- Order deadline: Orders accepted through December 1st at current year pricing
- Delivery timeframe: Varies by model, specifications, order timing, and maker’s production schedule
Purchase Terms
New Imports
All prices on new imports include applicable importation fees, duties, and shipping to your FFL dealer.
Sales Tax & State Requirements
Arizona residents: 8.95% sales tax applies
Out-of-state purchasers: Responsible for determining and remitting all applicable taxes relating to out-of-state transactions to your home state

Our estimated delivery for a custom order is based on our previous experiences with the manufacturer’s deliveries. However, there are many factors that can influence the actual delivery date. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific delivery dates on custom orders.

PURCHASES & PAYMENT
How to Order Firearms In Stock
To order any guns in stock, please send a cashier’s check or money order covering the full amount plus shipping cost, and a current copy of an FFL from the dealer who will accept delivery of the gun.
Shipping Requirements
Firearms shipped must be in care of a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), such as a local gun shop in your home state. You are responsible for making all such arrangements and paying any resulting fees. The FFL will require you to go through the 4473 paperwork and NICS background check to receive the firearms.
Accepted Payment Methods
We also accept payment by:
- Business check
- Personal check (merchandise may be held until check clears)
- Credit cards
Sales Tax & State Requirements
Arizona residents are subject to 8.05% sales tax. Non-Arizona purchasers are responsible for determining and remitting to their home state all applicable taxes relating to an out-of-state transaction.
RETURN POLICY
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Phone/Mail Order Satisfaction Guarantee:
Firearms sold by phone or mail are shipped with a 3-day inspection period. Returns are accepted with prior approval if the firearm is returned in the same condition as shipped within 3 days of the FFL dealer’s receipt of shipment.
Purchaser Responsibilities:
Purchaser pays all shipping, handling, and insurance charges for returns.
Important Limitations:
No inspection period, returns, or refunds accepted once an ATF 4473 Transfer or FFL retransfer is completed.
Refund Method:
All refunds by WLM&SONS are paid by check.
Ineligible Returns:
Any product which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being:
- Used contrary to manufacturer’s instructions
- Subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer
will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.
Additional Restrictions:
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions. We cannot accept returns on custom orders.
WARRANTY POLICY
William Larkin Moore & Co. Imports:
All shotguns and rifles imported by William Larkin Moore & Co. have a one-year limited warranty and are warranted for function to the original retail purchaser for a period of one year.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Shipping and insurance
- Walnut stocks
- Any damage which occurs from:
- Failure to provide proper care and maintenance
- Accidents, abuse, or misuse
- Barrel obstructions
- Using reloaded ammunition of any type (hand loaded, reloaded, or improper ammunition)
- Unauthorized adjustments, repairs, or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
Other New Guns:
All other “new” guns are warranted by the manufacturer and/or importer.
Used Guns:
All used guns are sold on an “As-Is” “Where-Is” basis with no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Standard Shipping:
UPS regular ground service – $65 base shipping charge per gun, plus $0.60 per $100 insurance.
Ammunition Shipping:
All ammunition shipped ground service only.
Processing Time:
All orders have a minimum 24-hour processing time.
Express Shipping Options:
Special request, overnight, and express shipping available with an additional handling fee. Third-party billing is also available.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Customization Options:
All models listed can be ordered to your specifications within the limits indicated in our brochure.
Deposit Required:
A minimum 30% non-refundable deposit is required to place a custom order.
Pricing Deadline:
Orders can normally be accepted up to December 1st at the current year’s price.
Delivery Timeframe:
The time required for delivery varies with:
- Model and specifications ordered
- Time of year the order is placed
- Gun maker’s production schedules
Delivery Estimates:
Our estimated delivery for a custom order is based on our previous experiences with the manufacturer’s deliveries of customer orders. However, there are many factors that can influence the actual delivery date. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific delivery dates on custom orders.
Order Revisions:
Any revisions made to an existing customer order once the order is confirmed by the factory are not guaranteed. However, WLM&SONS will make every attempt to submit and incorporate the revisions to the order.
Pricing Includes:
All prices on “New Imports” include applicable importation fees, duties, and shipping to FFL dealer. Sales tax not included.
Order Cancelations:
- All deposits are non-refundable
- Any order canceled will forfeit all deposits
- All monies paid will be forfeit and are non-refundable
- Purchaser agrees to forfeit 30% non-refundable deposit and accept store credit for payments made over the non-refundable deposit amount
- Any credits or adjustments will be made at the sole discretion of William Larkin Moore & Sons LLC
- We cannot accept returns on custom orders
